⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Storage Experience I just bought a storage unit at auction here, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a storage facility. The guy working there was incredibly helpful — above and beyond anything I expected. Super friendly, super professional, and he made the entire process unbelievably easy from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what he does. In a world where customer service is hit or miss, this place is a total standout. I would recommend this self-storage facility to anybody and everybody. If you’re looking for a clean, well-run place with exceptional service, this is the one. I’ll definitely be using them again!

We visited 2x not sure what size storage space we would need. Top notch service! Couldn’t have been easier and happier. This was our first storage unit and Ulpiano eased all our anxiety explaining what we might need and wouldn’t need. Highly recommend using Extra Storage Space storage. Ulpiano, for me, was what sets this location apart. I've rented units in Wallingford, Plainville, & Cheshire over the years as needed and the service & people were great, which is why I keep returning, but Ulpiano has been especially helpful. I chose to change units a few times (interior to exterior, size changes) and he has handled each crisis effortlessly. Even when the office was undergoing construction and he seemed to be handling a 100 things at once, my needs were always handled in a way that left me with the feeling "My business mattered". I will be back!
