Rented a truck from them and it was one of the nicest and cleanest trucks I’ve rented. Staff at rental and drop off were both very nice and professional. Highly recommend- 100 times better experience than renting from uhaul.

Average units with fair prices. Generally friendly service and attentive. Climate control could be improved as well as working lights (should be motion sensored rather than switches at this point since they claim the bulbs keep burning out). Some mold developed on pur belongings despite 2 damper units, likely due to the excessive rains. It served our purposes well enough.

Personally my experience with the company has been an uphill battle between no one who is willing to pay for there inexperience dealing with customer service representative that lie,can't say much but now I'm going to small claims court over someone who has a power trip with people's lives, very inconsiderate of someone belongings an i can go on but really it does not matter to the owner ,I GUESS HE FORGOT WERE HE CAME FROM,1 star because I had to one reason or another. Thank you!

Rented a Penske truck for the day. Very easy pick up and was able to drop off after hours. Clean truck, excellent service. Highly recommend renting from this location.
