The on-site representative was very pleasant and professional during my visit. However, I was very concerned after learning that the contract allows the monthly rate to fluctuate from month to month. This was not explained by the representative who initially handled my call, and discovering it later felt misleading. It is difficult to feel comfortable entering into an agreement where the organization reserves the right to change the amount due at any time, with increases ranging anywhere from 0% to 25% at their discretion. That level of unpredictability makes it challenging for customers to plan financially and creates a sense that the terms are not entirely transparent. While the staff member I interacted with in person was courteous, the lack of clarity about pricing and the potential for significant rate changes is frustrating and concerning. Greater transparency about these terms upfront would make a significant difference in building trust with customers

I've had a great experience. Kyrsten is very friendly and personable. She walked us through and I was able to pick out of two units. I love that she was so patience and explaining to me everything about this place and answer my questions. I was comfortable and I love the unit and the price. This worked out very well.

Joan's review: So glad I turned to this place for my storage needs the manager is amazing, very kind, patient, helpful and very charming. Kyrsten the manager assisted me greatly with my move in and was very much kind through the whole process. I'm usually skeptical of renting at some places but here I felt this was true for renting and I'm so glad I made the move here. 😊 Moving can definitely be stressful but I was grateful to have Kyrsten assist me the whole way through and i felt well taken care off through the whole process.

I have been working with Kyrsten at the Newark, DE location to get my unit set up, and she has been absolutely wonderful. I also spoke to another woman from the main 800 number, and sadly I didn't write down her name, but she was equally as fantastic. Thank y'all so much for all of your help and just know that you most definitely have some marvelous women working for you!

Store manager Kyrsten made the entire process super easy and smooth. She was extremely polite and respectful. Excellent experience. The location is clean and temperature controlled. Highly recommended of you are looking for a storage near the university of Delaware
