We have been renting for a a significant time and never had any issues. On May 19th, all of our equipment was stolen from the facility. We have contacted the office, multiple times to file a claim. And no ones returns the call. I emailed the information that I was told by the site manager to send it and no response was received. I call the number that the site manager Carrie provided and the person texts back that its the wrong number. When the video’s were requested, they were not provided. This company is clearly protecting the thief who stole the items. We followed the rules of the contract and have not received a single response. This is what we came to see. This site stated the gate is closed and it was open. The landscaping equipment is gone and the cost to replace it was over $20,000 dollars.

The gates are never locked (I moved in three months ago they said they were broken and would be fixed within days) but that is not the case. I have checked weekly as I drive by on my way home from work. Arrived at 7:30 tonight (see pic) and both gates were wide open. Have emailed the “property manager” at least 7 times with no response. Making matters worse the inside units are not locked either (hardware is just gone see pic). I am very worried about my stuff but can’t just easily cancel my contract and move my belongings because I would need to spend a lot of money to hire a mover to do it. Take my advice rent somewhere else.

Me and my partner have had a storage unit at this location for almost 5 years and the customer service is horrible. Had trouble with even getting a code to get in. No one ever answers to top it off or is in office. Then I haven’t gotten a new lock like I’m supposed too TWICE already when switching units! Rent just going up after literally 1 month… the longer you stay in a unit the higher the price gouge. Also the bathroom is never open either just headache after headache.

Easy, Friendly, Kaprice was awesome to deal with with. She mentioned she's the temp manager for now. If yall don't just make her a Mgr for good, you're wasting good talent!
