Dajah (I believe that’s how her name is spelled) she helped me over the phone a few times she was very respectful and welcoming. She made sure to check in with me to ensure everything was correct and to my liking. Francine helped me when I came in as a new customer. She was very polite and she explained everything to me perfectly. Very patient girl and welcoming. Very good customer service from both of them.

When it comes to customer service and accuracy the smart stop self storage is 2nd to none this establishment is a one stop shop that cares about your belongings as if it were their own. God bless the staff and all those who contribute to their success.

The professionalism and customer service here is absolutely horrendous. Never have I had such a bad taste put in my mouth from a General Manager who is supposed to have the most concern. I was late on my payment and paid two weeks late, which is my fault. But then a week after paying my bill the system never recognized my payment so they never took the lock off my unit. Went to drop off my belongings in the middle of moving with movers and a truck only to be locked out of my unit with my code working just fine. Mistakes happen I understand, but the fact that I still haven’t been able to receive a phone call but I’m expected to just pay nexts months bill as if nothing happened is just unbelievable. I’m not allowed to not pay for a whole month correct? My belongings would have been auctioned off, yet one of his employees didn’t do their job causing a HUGE inconvenience that required me to rent a whole other unit the night this happened. But still not an apology not a credit towards this months bill no nothing. Couldn’t even get their GM to get on the phone and explain how this is able to happen at his facility. Just a call asking when I will be paying this months bill. I will be leaving the storage unit as soon as possible. They obviously don’t care about the quality of their business and how it affects their customers.
