#1My parents were the original owners since it was built in 1957. I eventually bought the business so they could retire and eventually sold it. It's a great place to store your items but its a "no frills" facility. I wish I had it back as I truly enjoyed serving the customers. #2 After renting a mini storage locker I've had nothing but trouble from the new owners.I would love to own this business again.

I have been trying to get in touch with these people nonstop about making a payment. They've now told me they're selling my unit but refuse to tell me how to make a payment, and have disabled my online access. My code to the gate NEVER worked, new management took over, and told me they'd be better about responding. I've made dozens of calls and sent a ton of emails and still no response. I don't know why they can't just tell me when I can bring in a payment, as the last 2 or 3 times I've tried no one was there!

Manager of units was let go for Poor management so owners of property took over and what a different. I been there 10 years and believe I'll be there another 10 years. It's like night and day. I can't believe the difference and just found out there is other people that been renting for years from them just like me. GREAT JOB.
