Schedule my move out day I’m supposed to take the lock off my storage while I try taking it off of there the night before my move out date and I’m being blocked from doing that with a sign on the gate saying Reading that I am past my payment date when I’m current on my payment date I actually had till 13 December to pay my next payment. I have proof with pictures of my account. She’s clearly blocking me from getting my lock I paid $20 for that. Just wants to give me a hard time because she’s disrespectful and she shouldn’t be working there watching me struggling with all my bags and yelling at me over a dolly. I could not put back because my Lyft ride And I exceeded my five minutes loading time of my bags, but left the dolly in the parking lot right in front of the office. It’s on camera.!!!!!!! I had a bad customer service experience. I was singled out here for no reason I wasn’t doing anything wrong. I wasn’t keeping anything in my unit I wasn’t supposed to, but this one staff member that works here now sticks her head through my unit every single time I’m there with a door open being nosy trying to see what’s in there. I showed her she saw that I don’t have anything. I’m not supposed to have in there. Then when I finally take all my stuff out She gives me a hard time. She sees me struggling with a dolly, and she sees my bags falling off of it no help no nothing. I’m already late for a lift ride. I’ve exceeded my five minutes time to put my stuff in the Lyft car. The dolly is really hard to maneuver around through the building and out of the gate. When I was finally done with the dolly and I put all my bags into the Lyft car I didn’t have time to put the dolly back. She came out of the office and yelled at me. The Dolly was In their parking lot, she saw it, and she was clearly able to take it back to the office into the storage building herself.
