This was my first time renting a storage unit, and the customer service representative was very helpful in assisting me with choosing the right space for my needs. I was initially offered a 40% discount on a “second-floor” unit plus the first month free, which sounded great. However, when I went to the office to finalize the registration, I was disappointed to learn that the “second-floor” unit was not actually on a second floor, but rather positioned above another unit and only accessible by a step ladder. Because of this, I had no choice but to rent a different, more expensive unit that did not include the free first month offer. Aside from that experience, additional storage space is always useful
