After the acquisition, they changed my passcode adding 0’s to front and end. App doesn’t work, probably related to the 0 issue. Already contacted support with no resolution in sight. You can tell some people live in the building, not a good look. And found what looks like someone’s living area for the night, right by the west elevator. Saw a guy shaving one time. No place to put any garbage, so if you have any garbage boxes or pallets you got to store them or get a moving truck to bring somewhere else. The result is my unit has garbage and people leave trash outside.

Rat droppings and roach storage is what it should be called. Rat droppings all over my stored items as well as roaches. Then they want to increase the rates on the inside storage. Im reporting to better Buisnes beuro and taking to court second time this happened.
