I just visited the site on East West Parkway in Fleming Island. Every bit of the experience far exceeded my expectations. From the initial greeting, the viewing of two different sizes of space, to the presentation of costs to the wonderful conversation that followed, all was very positive. The facility itself was very clean. If I decide to go with the extra storage I think I need, this will be my place!

Roberta is the best! She is always so sweet when you walk in to the office. She keeps the building so clean. I have been to many storage facilities and this is by far the best one we have used. She made the paperwork easy and explained everything.

I consistently have a great experience at this store. What most impressed during my visit today was the vigilance of the associate. She displays excellent customer service but her dedication to her job is most impressive in how she safeguards her facility. I honestly wish there was Wi-Fi made available to the customer through the company. Being able to have a security system inside the unit would alleviate my worries caused by negative experiences within other facilities. Thank you and Kudos for providing such a positive experience with a great facility and associate.
