Very clean and the onsite manager was very helpful and kind.

I had requested to begin storage on 9/1 (new month). I was encouraged to come into the office a day or two sooner to complete leasing documents and unit assignment. I went to the office on 8/30 and was charged retroactive for the 2 days remaining in August. I could have come in just as easily on 9/1. So through their 'encouragement/sale' they made a few more dollars. I thought it was for the convenience of the staff.

Good staff, multiple locations in SWFL, competitive pricing, great move-in specials and good security. Would recommend Public Storage to family and friends.
