Everyone who I talked with and personally helped me was especially helpful on a very stressful couple of days, expecially Priscilla who did my paperwork at 6:05 when I was at the wrong location so I could get into the unit at 8:30 the next morning.

Trisha was/is amazing! I had such a good time while in there, I had almost forgotten all of the work I had ahead of me. She explained everything so well I couldn't come up with a single question at the end. The office was also one of the cleanest and well organized work areas I've ever seen! I certainly hope Public Storage appreciates what a representative they have here. I'd recommend sending trainees to her in hopes they would pick up some her traits.
