She is incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the facility itself but also about the surrounding area, which made my move between storage units so much smoother. Very reasonably priced. Nikki was helpful on the phone when making a reservation for a storage unit. Caroline was accommodating during the check-in process. She was also very kind and helpful to my daughter in waiting for her after they had already closed. It was great to see customer service was their top priority. Thank you.
