Worst day of my life ever to go check on my items and furniture in the stores only to find rat poop and not to mention they destroyed some of my shoes this is unacceptable and something definitely needs to be done...because a big company like this doesn't do pest control i never buy my stuff to found rat poop on them like this is sick and nasty...I literally just paid my storage bill and if I had seeing this before trust me when I say you guys wouldn't get my money I'm so hurt and disappointed in this place where do these rats came from like nobody never at the office yall painting and fixing up but not do the job properly yall need to clear that entire place and get rid of them dam rats I'll be taking out my stuff this weekend won't be paying anymore bill in this nasty place very sickening....guys please don't rent here or else you guys will regret it you have been warned 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

I still have my property something happening issues the beginning but they sent me a notice a week before my payment and when I went there apparently they have fumigated I went to get my things out of storage and I did but I didn't have anyone to communicate with concerning how I would get my refund. I'm waiting to see if someone will pick up the phone open present when I show up.
