I came to the office this morning to speak to someone before I went to my storage unit. Lajoice greeted me and has the best attitude, friendly and good customer service. She took time to walk me to my unit, test the lock and also my entry code. She was very sweet and professional. The facility is very clean, easily accessible and they play great music!

Smart Cube deserves 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was assisted today by La Joyce to finalize my storage rental, and she made the entire process simple and stress-free. She called to remind me of my reservation, patiently answered all of my calls while I was still undecided, and took the time to clearly explain everything so I felt confident moving forward. When I arrived a little early, the office staff was very busy helping other customers, but in no time I was assisted. As soon as they were available, they helped me right away. La Joyce was friendly, professional, and even walked me to my unit and made sure I understood how everything worked. The whole process went perfectly from start to finish. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would highly recommend Smart Cube to anyone needing storage.

The process to lease my unit was done via email. It was very simple and fast. Angelica that was working at the desk was very pleasant and informative. I did register at the wrong facility. Angelica was very helpful and had the issue fixed within minutes. I highly recommend leasing a unit from this facility.

My girlfriend and I went to see the unit and were graciously met at the door and quickly brought up to our unit by Dennis.
