Hi, I want to leave a review for Nina the manager at gate Parkway facility. Nina is the best manager that I have had since I’ve been renting storage units. She’s very passionate very caring and she knows her business. She is very helpful and she makes the customers feel at home. She surely made me feel at home I will always remember the first time I met her. It was like we were meant to be here at this facility, I left Atlantic Storage down the street because of the mess that was presented to me when I was a customer there no customer service at all with the area manager. I was there for years since 2015 and there was really not a good experience after the first manager left that was really nice and very professional as I say, Nina is one of the most professionalism managers that I have encountered since I’ve been renting storage units. I hope she will always be here until I leave the units that I have with the property. I give Nina so many ? because she deserves them. Thank you for letting me leave a review.

Do not rent here. They have tripled the price in 18 months. It's a scam

Prices on your website are fake, only good for 3 months and then you doubled the rent. I was told all storage is nits do this. I disagree as I have used units in the past, one for 5 years and the price never changed. If I were warned at the time of signing the contract I could have made a choice. Now I have paid movers and I have to choose between paying it or paying to have my things moved again. Keep your eyes open and ask questions with this bunch. As they said to me, you should have expected it…
