I don't mind changing this among speaking to the property manager and management but, I'm currently a customer when I first got there the first elevator was broken, which I didn't care because they had a second elevator and that first elevator was for over a month broken. I have more stuff that I'm trying to move to my unit which is on the fourth floor. Maybe like 4 days ago the second elevator Brooke I've been there three or four times in a row now. Carrying weights and 60 to 80 lb bags up four flights of stairs over and over is no joke. Now I have huge things that I cannot bring up their meaning I can't store stuff in my storage unit that I'm paying for. If the first elevator was broken why did you wait so long to fix that elevator? And now the second elevator is broken and it's like four or five days now. If you guys would have taken initiative and fixed the first elevator people would still be able to use their storage unit. Secondly I went in before 9:00 to store some stuff then I couldn't leave I got stuck in there I had to call the police to get out. You cannot lock people in after 9:00 your policy is not the law. If I go into Walmart before it closes then it closes while I'm in there they're not allowed to lock me in I could sue for that. What makes you guys different? You cannot impound somebody and their car if it closes when they're in there. Also I did call customer service and your property manager and I could not get in contact with anybody so I was stuck in there until one of your customers with 24-hour access could open the EXIT door. Not the entrance door. I got into the entrance before you closed. I'm pretty sure if an emergency happened and you ended up in a courtroom a lawyer would destroy you guys. Fix your policy people should be able to exit. You're not allowed to hold somebody hostage because it closed while somebody was in your property. If someone is allowed in they should be allowed out.
