This is the best public storage in all of Kissimmee, Megan is the best! She keeps the property clean and makes sure everything is secure. Very professional and caring. Shes very personable always says hi and checks in on customers. Always attentive to any issues and resolves them quickly and swiftly. If you’re considering any storage place THIS IS THE ONE!

I rented a 10x15 because all I was storing was my car wich is 14 1/2” long so it should fit perfectly with no extra space and turns out the storage is 14 1/2 not 15” I didn’t have the funds for a bigger unit so I had to remove my front bumper and headlights to fit my car in so space is not exactly 15” and on top of that I had to move around the bumper and headlights and was told I can’t work in there when I was moving around the car parts that I had to take of the car to make it fit in there horrible experience never again. In this foto car is in all the way and you can see my front bumper is off and headlights and hood had to stay propped up

She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and walked us through every step of the process. Meagan made everything easy and was extremely friendly throughout.
