Very easy to reach out and contact DMS in Lady Lake. Met Beth, the manager, and was taken around the storage facility for a tour. Clean and secure storage facility. Military discount helps out greatly. Paperwork to complete is quick and easy, gate code worked first time!

Very nice new facility with good service and accessories I. e. air, water, dump, vacuum and ice The only negative is that the spaces are more narrow than I'm used to so it difficult to open storage compartment doors and you need to be cautious about where nextdoor's entrance door is relative to your mirror.

I was greeted promptly and welcomed. Directed to my parking spot, unhooked my trailer in a clean covered spot. I like that. I then came to office and processed all the paperwork. All handle smoothly. I reccommend this facility.

I have not brought my RV there yet for storage, but the communication has been great and process to rent a space has been easy. Looking forward to actually seeing the place.
