I don't no the lady name but I do no she said she worked out of plantcity office and she was there to help out in Lakeland, she was very professional she helped me when the man that was there like gave me a little hard time with the rentals insurance in which I had he would not help me download it to their email she got rid of and help me do it because I didn't know how to do it those the kind of peoples that go over and beyond that need to be recognized because she didn't have to help me but she did I am an older woman I don't know nothing about emails but I had my rentals insurance on my phone and he was telling me I had to use their insurance until I bring mines and paper when I had it in my email she got rid of and showed me how to do it it it wasn't big but it meant a lot to me as being a older woman and I just want to thank her and she did talk professional to me that goes a long way that make you want to come back

This is the easiest and cheapest way to rent a storage unit. Plus the two women were very professional and courteous. Set up online with no hassle.

Not even worth a star. The worst place ever. False advertising. Their website states "safe, monitored, and clean" "well informed staff" the manager wasn't sure or aware that the cameras weren't working. Several of the unregistered uninhabitable vehicles seen in the pictures don't look as if the place is clean or the broken into lockers. Security cameras that don't work, one of them were pointed down at the ground, upon further inspection it's not even wired at all. Our camper was broke into twice in one week during Christmas break. Both times is when the manager was not even on the site, nor available. We had to wait until the next day for her to show up. There was only a messaging service that made out an incident message for them. According to the websiteb "they care about their tenants", "are always on hand" . The hours are Tuesday Thursday and Saturday from 9 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon. Even law enforcement officers said it is a bad place. We received a refund of $10. Our camper wasn't able to be secured after the first break in. The second time the destruction that was done was unbelievable and of course the manager wasn't available.... AGAIN. It took the rest of the day to get our camper out of there. We are out of thousands of dollars for the damages, mental anguish, loss of enjoyment for the holiday season to use our camper. Even though we have insurance to cover the damages we are still out of pocket our deductible. They didn't even have the guts to appoligize for the lack of their false advertising of security cameras. The pictures are taken while the law enforcement agency was there, more than I could ever write the pictures show it all.

Currently sitting in the parking lot of Space Storage on Memorial Blvd waiting for the office manager to get back from lunch before I lose my shit on them. I rented my unit yesterday, signed the lease and paid for it. The lease states I will need to provide my own lock. I show up today at noon, am able to find my unit and see there is already a lock on it. The office was closed, had a sign on the door saying “be back at two sorry for the inconvenience for immediate assistance call this number” the number provided legit doesn’t work. The actual number on their website works, but no one will answer the phone. So I come back at 150pm. Now there’s a NEW sign on the door saying “on lunch be back in an hour”. Not a single person will answer the phone. There best have been a medical emergency because I’ve literally never seen a business be run this poorly.
