Great service & good price. I met with Justin when I first arrived at the building. He was attentive and courteous. They set me up with a unit over the phone before I came to the building and it wasn’t quite in a location that worked for me. Justin realized I wasn’t 100% on the space they gave me over the phone so he showed me to some units that were a better fit for me. I ended up getting the unit I wanted and I was very pleased! I’ve had such a great experience with this storage company! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, helpful staff who clearly care about their customers. The customer service here is on another level — they truly go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. The prices are fantastic and very reasonable for the quality you get. The office and facility are always super clean and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference and shows how much pride they take in what they do. I've been at this location for years, and since Extra Space took over you can see the difference in safety (added cameras )and customer service. The unit are clean and well lit. Mickey and Justin have great communication and positive attitudes... Rates are market price, and if you check online you might catch a special...
