This place is the worst. There was so much rodent feces in my unit C022. The insulation on the ceiling was fallen down not sure if it was because of the rodents. I called the office about the ceiling when I was at my unit this weekend they came out and looked at it and taped it up but never did Lisa or the man in the office apologize or offer anything for my troubles. I got my unit in March 2025 and in June 2025 my rate increased by $20. I rented 2 other units at Uhaul in Spring Hill and Extra Space in Wildwood and had no issues with bugs or rodents. I would not recommend this place. If you do rent make sure you get insurance so they cover it. I had plastic totes and bags chewed up. Glad I didnt have my furniture in the unit.

The customer service has been top notch! Lisa has always been very helpful in the time that I have kept my storage. The property has always been kept up and I have never been unable to access my unit. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage, in Lecanto!

Clean and secure facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. They patrol the grounds several times a day. Lots of security cameras. I felt like my things was very secure.
