I had a great experience with Compass Storage. The facility is incredibly clean, and the climate control is well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind for my belongings. I was able to secure a ground floor unit with plenty of space, making the loading and unloading process much easier. A huge thanks to Mark, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Compass Self Storage in Leesburg is a GREAT place to do business! From beginning to end, the online process of acquiring a unit was super simple to complete. We met the folks in the office and were shown the unit promptly. It was extremely clean and perfect for our storage needs. The office staff was very friendly, professional and eager to assist in any way. I would urge anyone who has a need for a storage unit(s) to consider Compass Self Storage in Leesburg, Fl. Latese Brown is above and beyond professional, I did not know she was tbe General Manager when I told her how clean and neat the entire place. She treated me like a person , not just another customer and dollar signs. Latese knows the importance of kindness and sharing information. I know my belongings will be safe. No after hours contact. No emergency contact. No customer service after hours at any level. No HQ to contact after hours. The prices jumped up over 40% this past year. This place is not good in my opinion. Poorly managed. Please look for a better place. I know I will.
