I’ve had a great experience with Trunk Space Storage. The location is very convenient and easy to access, which makes a big difference. Both store managers are excellent. Jocelyn and Madeline are fantastic to work with. They are super friendly, efficient, and very professional, and they genuinely make the whole process smooth and stress free. The facility is clean, well organized, and well run. I would absolutely recommend Trunk Space Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and well managed storage option.

I recently rented a storage space with Madeline Milia, the Store Manager at the Miami Beach location. Madeline went above and beyond! After receiving an email notification with a glitch about the location I intended, she was able to fix the issue with ease. She even found a better unit for me, and I must say — the storage space was very clean! She knows how to communicate well and deliver excellent customer service. Thanks again, Madeline!

Unfortunately, I have to change my review here. It’s been a little more than a month and I still don’t have a copy of my lease agreement despite asking multiple times. I asked days in advance how to pay and how much my rent is (Obviously, I don’t know because they still haven’t given me a copy of my lease agreement). They have refused to tell me how much I owe in rent but send me a letter today that told me I was late on rent when I have been trying to pay for days. I was also pressured into giving a review the first time by being asked multiple times to leave a review. I do not recommend storing things here. They’re not doing basic things like sending you a copy of your lease agreement (Or even giving you the option to actually view it when you sign, which is very scary- So I legitimately don’t know what I signed- They have you sign while you’re sitting on the opposite side of the computer screen so you can’t see anything). They’re not letting me know how I can pay or what I owe. But they’re letting me know that they can put a lien on my items if I don’t pay an undisclosed amount. This is a very bad experience
