I have used this place for years and even when the ownership changed it got better and makes it so much easier for people that are going through a tough situation and with one quick easy phone call to them they can help you take care of everything through your phone, which makes it easier for the working, Or busy people. They are very kind, patient and friendly. They can put a smile on your face and turn your bad day into a good one. The location is convenient if I ever had to get a Storage, this is where I would go.

Today, Saturday, October 11th, 2025 I stopped by and went into the Middleburg rental office to discuss my delinquent account and come up with a strategy to bring it up to current and also had questions about downsizing from a 5 x 10 unit to a 5 x 5 unit since I did not have need for the larger storage area. I spoke with Chris, the manager for my storage location, and she was not only incredibly understanding about my situation and reasoning for being late, but she also explained how I could bring my account up to date and downsize into a smaller unit all in the same day with zero hassle and no additional funds expected until my next due date! I am incredibly thankful for all of her help today, and I highly recommend extra space storage for anyone just needing that little bit of space for their “bonus possessions “! 😊
