We have been so fortunate to come across the Midgard Self Storage in Mulberry, Florida. The facility is state of the art as when you first enter the office you are greeted by the customer service on a large video screen. You will then interact with a human being and make your selections via and IPad. We had used several other storage facilities around the Tampa Bay area, but never felt completely satisfied. We found them to have the best pricing and a neat and very well maintained facility. We utilized the facility to store a 41 ft 5th wheel RV, a 1 ton truck and a whole house storage unit. Afterwards, we moved to Honolulu, Hawaii and have absolutely appreciated the support of the property manager Amber. Our truck cover was ripped off after heavy winds. Amber immediately contacted me to advise of the issue. She measured the truck for me and said it was ok to send a new cover to the facility where she would ensure it was installed. Unfortunately, the wind ripped that one as well and Amber quickly contacted us again and advised that we purchase a more durable cover to which we did. It is definitely reassuring to have someone acting on our behalf like this. I would most definitely recommend the Midgard Storage Facility where we have received excellent customer service thanks to the property manager Amber and her team!!

I was surprised that there wasn't anybody in the office to talk to or show me the units. The virtual assistant did help me get setup with the unit that is right for my needs. I'm satisfied with the overall assistance!
