Very frustrating experience and not at all the hassle-free process that was advertised. We reserved a unit based on the size shown online, but when we arrived the space was much smaller than represented and did not fit our needs. In the middle of moving, we had to stop, go back to the kiosk to make changes, leave the property to take photos proving the unit was empty, then return again to complete the process. We were ultimately forced to upgrade and pay an additional $150 just to get a unit that matched what we thought we were reserving in the first place. The entire process took over an hour and a half when it should have been simple. Managing everything through a kiosk instead of working with an on-site person made it unnecessarily complicated during an already stressful move. Unit sizes should be clearly and accurately represented, and customers should not have to deal with extra steps and surprise costs because of misleading information. This was far more difficult than it needed to be.

This unique and seamless process of virtual management was made even better by my representative named Zach. He was patient, as I'm a first time storage unit renter. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly which questions a novice would ask and had clear, easy to follow instructions. His demeanor made it easy for me to relax and trust midgard as a placeholder for my stuff.

Worst experience I've had in a long time... had a reservation for a uhaul for almost a week. Got there, no employees, a virtual TV screen is what I had to deal with, only to tell me we don't rent uhauls today. Had to go elsewhere and now waiting in line. Do go here!
