Wonderful experience, . Two young ladies were on hand and so super willing to help us with a lock that we couldn't open. They were wonderful, cheerful and super helpful. Their names were Mary and Yanique. We also want to put in a good word for Trina, she is always friendly and cheerful no matter how hectic it may get. Thank God for these ladies and their position in their jobs that make things so much better for us.

On a recent visit to my storage unit at 310 NE 25th, I encountered difficulty accessing the climate controlled area where I rent a unit. The app wasn't recognizing my location and I struggled to gain access. Initially I tried getting help at the kiosk at the entrance to the facility. The first person that popped up on the kiosk hung up on me and the second person was not able to provide me with any helpful information to allow me to gain access. I was extremely frustrated and was ready to leave without being able to accomplish what I came there for. But then, God sent me an angel named Paul Hookey. He was so kind and took the time to personally make sure I could get into my unit. He really cared and went above and beyond to help me. I am truly grateful for his support! Thank you again Paul! I will always remember you and the kindness you gave when I needed it the most.💜
