Wow what a great experience. My experience in renting storage units has never been good. There would always be problems with the storage unit the entry or exist access or all of the above . I truly thought this would be no different. When I could not exit using my code however RT2 recognize my frustration greeted me with an infectious smile and asked how could he help ? After sharing my dilemma with exiting, he smiled, saying “no problem I can help you with that.” In which he did. He even took the time to introduce me to the facility which I very much appreciated. Run don't walk from Public Storage! They'll make it sound enticing with their specials, then increase your rate monthly! Unless you know, for sure, you'll only be storing your items for one month, go some place else! It's impossible to contact customer care when you have a question and heaven forbid you reach Ebony, she is the rudest customer service representative!! Manny could not have been more helpful when I lost the keys to my units. He was very pleasant and professional and I was very grateful for his assistance.

RT2 from maintenance was so helpful! We had an issue with our unit and he was there right on time, super friendly and very helpful and went above and beyond to fix our issue.
