Poor communication concerning fees. Store not open during hours that’s advertised. No one was available to work Saturday shift 8-12 everyone scheduled called out so the store didn’t open. It was an urgent matter I needed to get into my unit and I had to wait until Monday. Call service center “UNFORTUNATELY” is the response. Regret my choice in storage unit!
Luisa RuizThe price is reasonable, but considering it's my first time, I can accept a fee for paying late, but they charge me $35 to lock my unit and I also have to buy another lock... it's not fair. Customer service is good. They know how to talk to customers well. Charging extra is unacceptable.

Christopher RodakThis storage rental place offered a good value for money. However, shortly after I signed for a larger unit, they switched to a new management company. They appeared quite similar to Public Storage, and my fear was confirmed—they might constantly increase rates every few months. Today, I received my first notice of a price increase after four months under the new management.
