Nachalie has been such a pleasant addition to this storage complex! I used to be a tenant and recently returned, and I have been pleasantly surprised to see some positive changes. It’s always very clean and I feel safe accessing my unit and trust that it is in good hands. Plus she’s always a friendly face to visit in the office when I stop by! I’ve had many storage units over the years and across the states, and she stands out among them all. Thank you Nachalie for all your help and assistance!

My partner and I worked with Anna for my storage. She was very personable and professional throughout the process. We came in for a general tour as we have been shooing around for a nice place to store, and was sold immediately. The faculty is nice and well kept as well with climate control & working elevators. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a unit online, and it was a very smooth straight forward and easy to navigate. Although the deal they advertised was great ! 1 month free and up to 50% off online, but I’m only giving 4 stars because they kind of blind side you with the administration fees and that you have to purchase a lock and insurance. So in a sense you go in thinking you wont have to pay too much ended up dishing out 68 bucks. But over all the transaction was smooth and easy and my unit was clean and matched all the instructions with the welcome kit inside so overall very satisfied!

O **I just want to take a moment to sincerely thank Nachalie for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure my transition was smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. I truly appreciate her support!** Now on the Darkside of this review I want it to be noted that items are missing from my unit one in particular a heavy duty Dolly. As i am sure there is more to follow.......I will be contacting the authorities so this can be investigated..... more then likely this took place during the change of companies it's sad to see and know that someone that's employed would steal from others living a honest life. -
