This storage facility is very clean and well kept. Will, the store manager, is very approachable and helpful. This is my second time using this facility and my experience prior is what brought me back! Also of note, Will knows a lot about corn hole!

Very happy with my time here. I’ve been here for over a year. It’s secure. Payments are easy to make. Prices are reasonable. They take good care of this location and all the staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. All that you would look for when looking for a unit. But I will say the best person in all the staff is WILL. He will take care of you. He abides by all company policies as he should but is very knowledgeable in Extra Space storage to help you in the ways the company offers and within the means he can, and that is so so valuable! We want to do what is right always so it is important. That kind of person can make any company thrive. A true asset to the company. He deserves a raise, bonus, it all! Absolutely amazing. I initially rented a unit from this particular extra space facility last year at a great Internet rate. When I received my text reminder about my payment due this month, I noticed the amount had nearly doubled. I called the facility to find out what had happened, only to realize that the rate I had initially been given was only good for one year and now I was subject to an increase. I was shocked and the representative on the phone was so kind and helpful. She told me that she could put in a request to her district manager to adjust the new rate to the current internet rate for my unit instead. I agreed and in only a day or two I received notice that my rate adjustment was granted. I am beyond grateful to the representative and to extra space in general for being One of very few companies nowadays doing the right thing for its customers. The fact that they willingly took my rate back down to a fair price with just a simple request is HUGE to me and says a whole lot about the brand. Thank you again for being one of the good guys. I am very grateful. :)
