This is my second attempt to rent a storage space at this location in the last 6 months. This location lists office hours as 930am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 930am to 5pm on Sunday. No one has been present when I've been by the office during these hours. When the contact number on the door is called, an overseas answering service will pick up the call and apologize for the inconvenience of no one being on site. I was called by and spoke with a property manager on 2/8/2026 about scheduling an appintment at 10am on 2/9/2026 to finish my reservation in person. I arrived at 10am and no one was in the office. A call to the number on the office door resulted in an overseas call center answering, again profusely dispensing empty apologies and requested that I wait ten minutes for the manager to arrive. It is now 10:50am, I've been waiting patiently for someone to show up and have yet to get a call saying they're running late. Do what you say. Say what you mean. Have some god damn professionalism. To the manager that contacted me on the 8th, thank you for wasting my time on my day off. For anyone reading this who values their time, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
