We went to look into renting a small air conditioned storage unit. We were helped by Anthony. He was very pleasant and helpful. He explained the facility layout and showed us an available unit which we liked. He explained the pricing and how best to lock in a lower price to delay future price increases, which was appreciated. The facility looks very clean and you can drive inside to load/unload your items. This is an excellent idea. We rented a unit and hope to move our stuff in the next few days. It was all very easy.

My move was a very chaotic one. When I finally was able to get to the storage portion, I was exhausted and irritable. Anthony was a breath of fresh air to be greeted by. He spoke in a very calm monotone voice, that was soothing. He explained my unit to me thoroughly, and addressed all of my concerns I had asked about. It's almost as if he knew I was just ready to be done moving and working lol. I ordered my unit online. Every day until I actually arrived I got follow up phone calls and text giving me the assistance and guidance I needed for move in day. The facility was clean and very simple to navigate. I give my overall experience a 10/10 would recommend. I will give another review in a year to update how my experience was.

Wow, I just have so much to say. I really have to compliment the on-site management at this CubeSmart facility, as they truly go above and beyond. The overall cleanliness and functionality is next level. I don’t think I’ve been to a storage facility, or any public building for that matter, that is anywhere as close to spotless and where EVERYTHING is operational (every single light fixture, automatic doors, buttons, signs, etc). It’s like a museum! I still remember my first impression of the facility, which was how futuristic the experience felt. From driving into a fully illuminated 1st floor loading/unloading area, to riding one of two (also very clean) elevators that very gently lifted me to my unit’s floor. Unlike most public places after a certain hour, I feel so completely safe being there alone after the sun has set. Last but certainly not least, let’s talk about customer service. As an introvert, I am someone that prefers to communicate via email and to my surprise, I found they were responding to my emails within 5-10 minutes. That’s relatively unheard of these days and also seemingly faster than many “live support chat bots” can connect a waiting customer to an actual human. Simply outstanding, I highly recommend CubeSmart. Cleanliness 10/10 Customer Service 10/10 Customer Experience 10/10 Cost/Value 10/10

I recently rented a unit at CubeSmart and have been really impressed! The CubeSmart representative was super friendly and helpful. I love that you can actually drive right into the building to access your unit. It makes unloading so convenient, especially in bad weather or after hours. The facility is clean, well-lit, and feels very secure. I also appreciate having dollies available to move things around easily. Overall, CubeSmart has made the whole storage experience simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!

This is a recently opened new storage facility with covered storage for RV, boats,trailers etc. The staff is professional,accommodating and very friendly. Everything is well explained. The only thing thats a bit confusing is the space size themselves. Because of the angles on the covered storage the size of the site you rent tends to be shorter.
