Brennon and Andrew are simply SUPER! What an surprisingly awesome experience to be fortunate enough to encounter Brennon and Andrew at the Palm Cost Parkway Extra Space location because they absolutely demonstrate the (now uncommon!) type of professionalism and customer service that I believed had gone extinct. They are sharp, friendly, patient, and obviously actually CARE about customers and their needs, and that’s RARE today in my experience. Both of them have stellar attitudes, and they know their business well enough to anticipate some of my requirements that I didn’t even realize I would need. I’m thankful to Extra Space Storage for having quality staff like Brennon and Andrew since—along with the immaculately clean and safe storage facilities—having quality agents bolsters my confidence in the decision to rely on Extra Space to store my valuable things. I stop in every few weeks to pick up or drop off items in my unit but Brennon and the rest of the covering team make me feel like im here regularly. They're so welcoming, and the property is always maintained. I never have any issues getting to or from my unit, which can't be said for other storage places I've patroned.

From start to finish my experience with Extra space was very enjoyable. I called on Thursday and spoke with Brandon to reserve my unit. Brandon was very helpful and answered all my questions as he new his job in and out. I drove to the facility on Saturday. I was pleasantly greeted right away by Billy. Billy was a big ball energy. I felt like Billy went above and beyond his job duties. He walked Us out to the unit, showed us around and answered all questions we directed to him without hesitation. I was very surprised on how clean the entire property was. It was as if Billy was just happy there was work for him to do.
