I usually don’t do reviews but I will for today. Rarely do you come across someone who goes out of their way to actually help you. Good to see we still do have some genuine people left in this world. Plus that dude had some magical art work.

I really don’t want to leave this review but today sealed the deal. every-time I go to this storage unit the garage door has been out of service for weeks at a time, multiple times this year. I pay full price of $136 a month and don’t get the full amenities that come with it not to mention today an elder couple where using all the carts available and I asked to use one and they told me to ask someone else when they where using all the carts that are there. I’m just trying to move my stuff out and it’s been a headache with either 1 person using all the carts available or the garage door not working. I’ve attached a picture of the vehicle they where using

When I got there the main bay door wouldn’t open even though it accepted my code. Went into the office where the inner door is locked and apparently no one works. I did see a sign over the code box but I couldn’t read it as it was paper and shredded by the rain. Reached out online for support and got a useless robot and then a person who ignored every single thing I said unless it was a direct response to get questions even asking me for information I had literally just given. In the end, she didn’t know and basically told me to have a nice day and she hopes her fix works (it didn’t). Day 2 will commence in about fifteen minutes. Hoping to get into the storage unit I’m paying for but hey, that would be crazy.

All the staff were super helpful getting me set up with my new unit. Everything was clean and they were very friendly. Raul thorougjly explained all the steps and showed me different units so I could decide what met my needs. Only issue was the main entry door was broken, but they helped me back in my trailer so I could upload close to the elevator. Ive had several units with Public Storage at various locations, but this is the first one that was well so staffed and professional. Thanks for a good first impression!
