This storage facility is very well maintained. Grass was cut and landscaping done while we were unloading, they came around and blew the dirt and leaves from around the concrete and units. They sprayed in front and around the units. Everyone was very nice and helpful and respectful. Highly recommend this facility.

This is my pre-review before officially utilizing the space... Mike, the manager has been extremely friendly to me and patient. I asked a LOT of questions, because I've never done anything like this before, and he was very gracious and explained everything well. I can see that he truly cares about us and our belongings and isn't just looking for a quick profit. He was sincere in his communication, and we trust that our belongings will be safe and secure here. UPDATE: Post-User Review... Our 2 cars were perfectly safe and left unharmed for 3 months by anybody or anything! Also, we were extremely happy that my parents were able to get our vehicles for us when our plans changed; we just gave them our spot numbers, and the gate access info. The flexibility of a trusted individual we gave access to in order to get our vehicles for us was helpful beyond measure. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Thanks again Mike!(:

Today had the opportunity to meet Mike Thomason, the storage manager of my rental facility. To say Mike was helpful is an understatement. I truly appreciate his help, information and willingness to help me with my Rapid rental. I have been a customer for 5 months now and signed up online, not only did Mike help me with managing my two units but he helped me to get a discount on my unit.
