I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage and I highly recommend them for your storage needs. Laurie the store manager and new employee from Boston were very courteous, informative and efficient. After viewing my rental unit and completing my rental agreement, I was in and out within 30 minutes or less. Location is Satellite Beach, FL. Very clean facility. I give it 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have had a storage unit at Extra Space Storage for 10 years - originally Uncle Bob's and then Life Storage. The space there is always clean and well maintained. We have made some changes to our account lately, and Laurie, the store manager in Indian Harbour Beach, could not have been more helpful. The building is safe and secure, so we have no worries about our items stored there.

The manager Laurie and her assistant Matt are always very nice, professional, and very helpful. I wouldn't be renting there if it wasn't for her. Corporate takes way too long to approve stuff to be fixed. Potholes go unfilled for months and there is a light on the row of units' outside wall across from my unit that has been blinking for months. 2 are completely out on the next row down, that is a safety issue. Also, I should not be required to pay for insurance when the contents of my unit don't have any replacement value.
