Jena made the entire process of securing a storage unit seamless and stress-free. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in managing the facility. The property is well-maintained, but the top-tier customer service is what really sets this place apart. Got recommended to come here and let me tell you never had one issue! They were even awesome enough to let me know that the parking lot was being done which I thought was neat. The lovely lady I have dealt with from the beginning was helpful, knowledgeable, super kind and straight forward! That lovely lady was MARY J! Jena delivered truly exceptional service. She displayed a remarkable degree of kindness and patience toward my entire family, making the interaction genuinely enjoyable. Her performance truly stood out due to her depth of knowledge. She addressed all of my inquiries knowingly and without any hesitation. Her demeanor was professional and polite, yet she was also wonderfully approachable and personable. Which caused my decision to finalize our rent with their facility and look no further out. The covered RV/BOAT area was well ventilated and felt cool while it was scorching hot out. I’m happy!
