The Extra Space Storage located at 15027 Cortez Blvd, in Brooksville, FL and managed by Jessica Perry, is absolutely the best storage facility I have ever used. In addition to their friendly, efficient and considerate customer service, the entire property and individual storage units are impeccably clean, monitored and well-kept. While I used their smallest storage unit (5x5) for only one month, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The digital access provided to the property and the daily availability (6a-10p) to my storage unit was very helpful and much appreciated. The easy and quick access to carts and elevator made moving in and moving out very quick and hassle-free, even with my storage unit being on the second floor. Jessica and her staff make every effort to assist and accommodate immediately and always with kindness and understanding. For my future storage needs, I will only use Extra Space Storage. Thank you, Jessica and your team, for all of your amazing service.

I was recently helping a friend move some stuff into my friends storage unit... This location was exceptionally clean... We needed to go to the office to ask a question and the person working was very friendly... She was able to answer all of my friends questions... I believe her name was Becky... thank you for all of your help...

This is the best storage facility I've ever used! It's impeccably clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the user-friendly app, which provides multiple ways to access the facility—perfect for moving bulky items. Additionally, this facility is the only one I've found that offers moving carts to all customers, making it easier to transport items without damage or injury. The facility also features commercial-size elevators, adding to its convenience. Lastly, Assistant Store Manager Becki is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
