can’t say enough good things about CubeSmart in South Tampa! From the moment I first walked in, I was impressed by how clean, bright, and well-maintained the entire facility is. The air conditioning inside is always a welcome relief, keeping everything cool and comfortable even in the middle of summer. Keith, the manager, deserves special recognition. He’s incredibly friendly, professional, and always visible around the property — checking on things, greeting tenants, and making sure everything stays spotless and secure. Every time I visit, I see Keith making his rounds, taking care of the details that make this facility such a pleasure to use. It’s obvious he takes great pride in his work, and his efforts truly set this location apart. The lighting inside is bright and well-placed, making it easy to load or unload anytime of day. The restrooms on both the first and second floors are consistently clean and convenient — a thoughtful touch you don’t find at many storage facilities. Keith is often the one ensuring those areas stay in top shape, which really says a lot about his dedication. The rental rates are very reasonable, especially considering how modern and well-kept this location is. The entire experience, from renting a unit to accessing it, has been smooth and hassle-free, thanks in large part to Keith’s professionalism and genuine care for customers. If you’re looking for a storage solution that’s clean, comfortable, and run by someone who truly cares, this CubeSmart location — and Keith in particular — are absolutely top-notch. I actually enjoy accessing storage here. I dreaded it at the previous storage. The guy that set me up (Keith) is very helpful, patient and nice. The parking and access (once you have the app) is a breeze. Definitely recommend the south Tampa location.
