I’ve been working with Whitney and she is great. Very personable and bright very down to earth personality. If she isn’t the site manager she should be. A lot of people could learn a lot from her. She needs a raise. Very clean location easy in and out. Only thing I would suggest here is more flat carts as they are hard to come by on the weekends. I’ve gone twice and someone was using two at a time. But first come first serve. But other than that. Great location and people that work here

First time renting with Extra Space and the Trout Creek Drive facility. Both the manager and assistant manager were very accommodating. I ask a lot of questions and they answered them all. They were also very willing to work with my schedule and needs to ensure I was satisfied. This is my first Google review so I was motivated to post this as a result of their service.

Great place, very clean, good security, and excellent customer service from the staff. They were very kind and professional. Although I have several storage options near my house, I prefer this Extra Space Storage. I recommend it.
