Recent interactions with this facility made my life easier in regards to storage services. Facility cleanliness is well attentive. And the associates were very helpful to what I was looking for in doing and comparisons of prices. Mimi, one of the associates , broke down the choices in a manner I was able to understand and decided to rent storage with her. I’m glad you guys have associates that take the time to explain and are not robots. Place is great and would recommend to anyone looking for clean space with reasonable pricing!
I have been renting a 10x10 (Medium) storage unit from 3/16/2024. I wanted to update my billing information on 12/17/2025, so I logged into my account on the website to update. I received an error message and couldn't see any details of my account on any tab (see error message photo below). I tried again the next day and still received the same error message. I called the number listed and sent messages through the chat to try to resolve this error message and was supposed to receive a call back from their web support per multiple people. I finally tried accessing my account from my cell on 12/23/2025 and was able to see my account information and update the billing from there, but the website is still not working on my desktop or tablet (Edge or Chrome) as of 1/8/2026 so... 3 weeks now. And I'm not sure how long it wasn't working before I noticed it since I'm on autopay and don't try to log in often. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY FOLLOW UP COMMUNICATION FROM WEB SUPPORT, FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER, OR ANY OF THE OTHER SUPPORT TEAM I SPOKE WITH ON 12/18/2025, 12/19/2025, 12/22/2025, 12/23/2025 (in total 9 calls/chat threads). I am tired of following up and having someone submit "escalation tickets" that apparently just sit or go nowhere. This is a nationwide company with a nationwide website, correct? How is this even possible to not have a working website to access your account from a computer? In addition to this lack of communication to fix a website to simply access my account, I just received a rent increase notice in the mail. After the first year my rent went up $42. It then went up again 5 months later by another $57. Now it is going up again by another $50. My rent has DOUBLED from mid 2024 to next month (February 2026). I haven't needed a storage unit before and I'm not an expert but that seems a bit excessive for increases on a storage unit. I am also a bit concerned about safety and security. When I went to get something out of my storage unit one evening, I saw someone's unit in the same row as me with feet sticking out of the bottom. It was late and close to closing time, so I believe someone was going to spend the night in their unit (which is obviously better than their van or the street for them) but that raises concerns about the security of the place late evening / overnight.
I came into the facility to look for a unit! Mimi was so welcoming and pleasing we were joking around that we had the same name she was very easy going and easy to talk to she made it very easy to understand I will definitely be renting here! She needs a raise!
The staff is very nice and helpful but 3 months in, a $55 month rate increase? While purchasing a unit a couple was there and I asked them about increases and they hadn’t had one in a year, said they were very good also had a large unit, so seems like they are selective for increases? Seems a bit shady so I wouldn’t call it a good experience.
Donna and Mimi are wonderful and the best. Great service and amazing staff. Always friendly, accommodating, and helpful.
