I did the online method and the process was very easy. Once inside tho noticed the unit was very clean, they’re was a welcome package which included a lock & key. Saved me time from purchasing one. The building is very locked down which I love, you’ll need an access code to access anything. Thank you

I had lost the keys to my 4 storage spaces. Went in to the office today to see what the process was to get access again. Walking in the door I was greeted by Liz. She explained what we needed to do and got started. Liz was pleasant, efficient, and good natured. Took about 20 minutes to replace all of the locks. The experience exceeded all of my expectations. Q was great. She was helpful and patient. She is a good representative. However, CubeSmart is not reasonable with payment matters. Even when you want to pay several months’ worth of rent in advance, they said the price will still increase DURING the pre paid months. That’s not good business practice to increase rent for the duration when a customer has already pre paid for those months. I would give a higher rating due to Q’s good service but the company insisting on this practice with the payments negated the service and lowered the rating.

The storage unit we got was great! Did not have any issues the whole time we rented. The cancellation process was super smooth, quick and easy. Liz was friendly, made the process super easy, and answered all of our questions with ease! Definitely will be renting here again in the future if we ever need another storage unit!
