After more than a month this: The gates are filthy. It’s heavy caked on dirt. It’s a thick white dirt mixed. Its like construction site dirt. You have to wash your hands immediately. I called the main office , they said they would clean it. Not only my gate but the majority in the lot are dirty too I asked staff to assist they also said they would get it cleaned - well they didn’t…i wish customer service would include actually caring. Also the entrance is NOT SECURE “anyone” can slide thru the steel gate. I reported the breach a month ago - well come on by and slide thru because it’s still NOT FIXED after my report. Also you need a code to get in…or skip it and just slide in. By looking at the breach you can clearly see they broke in with a strong machine or something mechanical …(see pics) Hopefully they can fix this…

9/18/25 update: No call, no email, no communication from 'district manager' but now showing $127.38 refunded from the $169.85 charged for the month. I was in unit 1206. I have no idea where they got this amount, rent paid on 8/22 and officially "moved out" 8/26. I've never received a call back or any other communication other than with Theo, who is probably as exhausted as I am. This experience was incredibly emotional and mentally exhausting to which this location impacted my life negatively in additional to current state. I hope if you are reading this you dont ever end up in a situation similar. Good luck. 9/12/25 update: no response after sending email to "owners" response on this review. (I paid $170 and didn't get to use the unit for the entire month - by the time i asked to move back to use the space I paid for - someone else moved in. Funny. I COULD HAVE BEEN MOVED OUT IF I WASNT MISINFORMED. I paid $170 for unit 1206 and was denied use for the month after moving out, after I was told they will not refund as they do NOT prorate. This location charged me for an entire month, denied partial refunding as previously told they would as that's the ONLY REASON I STAYED PAST THE MOVE OUT DATE. I was moved out, and even tho I PAID FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO UTILIZE AS THEY HAD SOMEONE ELSE MOVE IN !!! I paid for an ENTIRE month $170 for unit 1206... and I can't even use what I paid for. I asked if this locations prorates rent - I was moving out (location is dirty, same dead bugs in the corner as when I moved in over a year ago, AC does not hit units by the window, roach castings in and under couch being stored) I asked if they prorate as I lost the key to my new unit... they said along the times of "working with me," when I moved out after being charged they denied. I laid $170 for a few days, when the *only* reason I stayed after move out date was as because of this offer. I could have been out. I could have moved out had I not been told they can and would. I dont understand other reviews of this location being clean. Photo of empty unit that was suppose to be liberating after a an unsafe housing situation previously that caused me to move in here originally. There are other storage units, I advise against use of this one.

Just want to give a shout out to Theo! He was kind and understanding as we were dealing with a difficult situation. He helped us work through the issues and was just so easy to work with. This facility is clean and well maintained. Theo is a great representative of CubeSmart and definitely deserves some high fives.

This was the quickest process I’ve done in a while. Theo has been incredible with getting me set up in my unit. Cube Smart has gained a forever customer. Highly recommend.

Been doing storage auctioning for a few months and have had an amazing experience with the people of cubesmart. Today im renting a unit with them. The staff is always respectful and the property is always clean and accessible. I highly recommend.
