I had a stellar experience with US Storage from start to finish. The facility is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and quite new. Pricing was super competitive, and I’m not expecting any hidden fees or surprises. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Aubree and Evangelina were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They walked me through all policies clearly and transparently, answered every question, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. Availability was no problem, and securing a unit and moving in was quick and stress free. It is rare to find this level of cleanliness, affordability, and customer service all in one place. Highly recommend US Storage, and especially Aubree and Evangelina.

I have been using this US Storage location for 7 months and I am very happy with storage here. The place is clean, conveniently located, temperature is perfect inside which is important, and it is very well maintained. In addition Aubrey and Evangeline are awesome. They handle requests promptly, are really nice and are a pleasure to work with. I give this place 5 stars both in storage and the ladies that work there.

Stopped in for information on rentals. Aubree and Evangelina were so nice. They answered all my questions no matter how annoying they could have been. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Most likely going to rent a unit with them.

This is not my first time to rent from this outstanding company but it’s my first time to give these 2 amazing ladies named Aubree and Evangeline a great review! They’re the most hard-working and professionals, super friendly, and great customer service employees of US Storage Centers. They answered all of my questions, processed my requests in a timely manner, and it was definitely stress-free to deal with them. Also, the storage building is very clean as I always see them cleaning, moping or sweeping the hallways or doing their daily upkeep. Please give these exceptional ladies the recognitions and rewards they deserve, they’re truly an asset to your company! A++++++++
