Do not rent here! Everything I stored is molded and mildewed. Everything you put in will basically be sitting in water. Communication is horrendous! 2 days before my move out date (that I had given notice of) I got a bill for the next month! I had to call for them to tell me if I don’t send pictures, they would charge me the next month!!! After going back and forth they admitted that the requirement of photos is not in the agreement. They were going to let my move out date pass and continue to charge me for a unit I had moved out of without ever saying a word to me. Absolutely awful.

I'll be glad to say that this FSS is wonderful.Very Safe and clean place.l highly recommend I'm loving my locker.

Rented here for about half a year. No major issues. Easy to start and easy to stop. The units aren’t exact measurements but it’s disclosed and you can look at the exact unit before renting. I also had no issues using my own insurance policy. The office was responsive with any questions.
