They did a rate increase, so now I pay almost double what I was originally paying. Storage Sense claims this is because the cost of everything is going up. What cost? The building has already been constructed. The units don't have power. Update..I just got off the phone with customer service. Sandra was very rude and lacked ANY customer service skills. This place is a joke. I also noticed on the website that they're giving away a free month rent for new customers but they send us letters saying there's a rate increase. Quit giving away stuff for free and making your existing customers pay for it.
