Booked a unit. Got the email confirmation of my reservation and have 3 different emails telling me the total amount I would need to bring was 48.50. BUT When I go to check in the total is now more than double what I was quoted. The woman at the counter even knew this was shady business because when I was what they were charging me today she responded with "its less than 100 dollars".....it was 98$ and some change. More than double what I was told to bring. This business is a scam and nobody should trust this company at all.

Great experience checking in and support by front attendant. They were so helpful and patient with my questions. Clean, modern facility. Every was as advertised. Would highly recommend.

I walked in, have been renting a unit for the past several years and had some issues with payment. The manager not only held her composure while I ranted and raved about the issues. She fixed my problems. Tolerated my poor attitude. And hopefully accepted my apology for being an ahole. Just cause I had a rough day doesn’t mean she had to have one also. She is a pleasure to do business with.

Overall good experience but didn't understand why you had to opt to get insurance for what you store if you're assuming any responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen items you store. It was this whole big deal of having to provide documentation that you have homeowners or rental insurance, otherwise you'd get charged an additional $16/month. It just seems like Nickel and diming a bit.

We rented a 10x10 unit on the third floor for $67 per month plus a mandatory $16 per month for a lock. The facility is fine. But within three months the rental rate (not a promotion) for new customers declined to $54/mo. Okay fine. But within three months our rate was increased by 25%. So buyer beware. This is definitely a bait and switch facility. Once they get you in they will dramatically increase your rates while lowering them for new customers, who will then presumably receive the same treatment. It’s a new facility so I guess this is how they fill it up, hoping that people won’t leave due to the hassle. It’s a shame.
