Madison is great and very efficient. We took care of everything except a few signatures over the phone. I was able to start utilizing my storage the same day. Everytime I go there Madison always meets me with a smile. She is very professional and you can tell she loves her job. I have recommended space shop self storage to several of my friends.

I visited the facility for some pricing. Leon was great and showed me a few units and explained the all needed details! I am still trying determine my circumstances and if I will need the unit however I would love to recommend this facility to anyone nearby.

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend. I was with this company for over a year until one day I stop to make a payment and my payment was refused. They refuse to accept my payment because my next payment was due in a few days they told me I needed to make both payments not one. Which was weird because my other payment wasn’t due yet. Later I stopped by to make both payments then I was told that I needed to pay an additional 165 for auction fee. I never received any phone calls emails or etc regarding my account going into auction status. I was with this company for almost 2 years. They put my storage in auction without me knowing after they declined my prior payment & didn’t notify me. I had initially spoke with someone and inform them I’ll be in on a certain date to make both payments since they declined my first payment because my other payment was coming up and they wanted me to make both payments when only one was due. Now my items are in auction and I lost my items due to this storage unit not following their procedures. I do not recommend. Zero stars! I had items that belong to a deceased love one which meant a lot to me that I’ll never be able to replace. I requested a call back from the district manager & I never received a call back!

New property manager Madison is awesome!! She answered every question i had as a current tenant and then some. The office is much cleaner than before and she truly works her hardest to keep the entire property clean and safe! Keep up the good work Madison!

Everything was ok until about 2 months ago. The Property manager that opened this location is gone. >I was locked into the facility during the DAY because of gate issues right before manager left. >Gate not working at all for over 7 weeks so very limited hours 11-6 to access your unit. You were verbally instructed to leave if you were there between 545-6. >gate finally partially fixed this week doesn't close every time so property partially unsecured >People living in units & using bolt cutters to break into the property. (I sent pics of mess and tent) Supposedly this has been addressed >My autopay credit card was reverted to an old card number so account went into past due eviction status >Today I received a request for my insurance coverage. A physical copy has been provided twice it hasn't changed or lapsed. Assuming a new backdoor way to force paying for unnecessary insurance >Door is poorly aligned so locking and unlocking is difficult requested multiple times for a fix but was told I would need to wait until the newness wears off and it will get easier?!? It hasn't >No lighting inside units >Oh let's not forget increase in rate within just a few months of renting when it was implied my rate would not go up for awhile ...Not sure what's going on, I did call "corporate" about gate since no one was at the property. They couldn't help...new person onsite finally said they haven't been trained and aren't sure what to do?!? There are plenty of other established storage facilities within a mile or 2. Don't waste your time here.
